1. License: The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for their personal or business purposes.

2. Restrictions: The user agrees not to modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the software without prior written consent from the developer.

3. Updates: The developer reserves the right to update the software at any time without notice. The user agrees to accept these updates as part of their license agreement.

4. Support: The developer provides technical support via email during regular business hours. Support is not guaranteed for issues caused by user error or misuse of the software.

5. Backups: The user is responsible for backing up their data and ensuring its integrity. The developer shall not be held liable for any loss of data or damage to the user's system.

6. Payment: The user agrees to pay a monthly recurring fee for the software. The fee will be automatically charged to the user's credit card on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. In the event of non-payment, the software will be disabled until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

7. Cancellation: The user may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining portion of the subscription period.

8. Confidentiality: The user agrees to keep all confidential information related to the software, including but not limited to, source code, pricing, and marketing strategies, confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from the developer.

9. Termination: The developer reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately and without notice if the user violates any of the terms and conditions outlined herein. Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the software and delete all copies from their system.

10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
